Shipping & return policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 7 business days after an order has been placed and are shipped via LTL/Freight truck with tracking. On delivery a signature is required. Please inspect the packaging on delivery for damage, if there is any damage such as holes/tears etc. If the product is damaged, refuse the delivery and we will re-issue a replacement free of charge.

The item Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping Policy – Continental U.S. (Lower 48)

All orders are shipped FOB Glendale, AZ. Shipping is not included in product pricing. Freight is charged on each invoice.

Refer to the Sunshade Freight Program below for flat-rate options. In-stock items ship within 2–7 business days. If not in stock, allow 7–10 business days for processing. Larger orders may take longer.

We do not currently support international ordering through our website. For shipping outside the continental U.S., including Canada, please contact us for a freight quote

‍$149 Net – Commercially Zoned Business (loading dock or forklift required, no liftgate service).
‍$199 Net – Limited Access, Non-Commercial, or Construction Sites.

Definitions:
‍Construction Sites: Roads, bridges, mines, quarries, oil/natural gas fields.
‍Limited Access: Military bases, government facilities, prisons, schools, parks, nuclear plants.
‍Non-Commercial: Private residences, farms, churches, golf courses, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Returns, Damages & Defects

Inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours (up to 5 days max). Items may be replaced or alternative solutions discussed.No returns accepted after 15 days from delivery date.All returns require prior approval and return instructions.
